This initiative aims to connect high school students with professionals who can mentor and guide them. Youth mentoring is important because it provides young people with role models who offer guidance, support, and opportunities to help them succeed in life and meet their goals. Mentors can offer hopeful encouragement when mentees encounter road blocks and also celebrate their successes to keep them striving for greater heights.
